Who We Are

Founded in 1990 to ensure the future of the library, The Foundation for Bayport Public Library is chartered with raising funds to support Bayport Public Library programs and services. Governed by a volunteer Board of directors, the Foundation meets regularly throughout the year and has various committees to help accomplish goals.

How does the Foundation support the Library?

Support from the Foundation for Bayport Public Library allows us to expand out collection, including purchasing additional Large Print books and nonfiction books for children.

The Foundation for Bayport Public Library makes most of our enrichment programming possible. Their funding is a key part of the summer learning program.
