The Bayport Public Library offers an array of services to meet the needs of our residents.

Library Cards

Free library cards are available to residents of Bayport, Stillwater and other areas in Washington County.  Please bring in a current ID with a photo, name and local address to sign up for a card.  Please report a lost or stolen card immediately to the library.  Replacement cards are available for $3.00.

  • Residents of Lake Elmo are eligible for one card per household.
  • Non-Minnesota residents may purchase a library card for borrowing for $60 annually.  No card is required to use resources within the library.

Database and Research Tools

Photocopying, Scanning and Fax

Photocopies and printing from library workstations is available for 10 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents per page for color.  Scanning to a USB drive is free.  Faxing is available for free for local numbers, $1 for long distance and toll free numbers, and $2 for international numbers.

 

Interlibrary Loan

Looking for something we don’t have?  We can try to get it for you from other libraries in Minnesota.

Exam Proctoring

Please contact the library at least 48 hours in advance to schedule exam proctoring. Exam proctoring is offered for no charge.  Library staff will explain how exam proctoring is handled at Bayport Public Library; please note, the Library may not meet your institution’s guidelines for proctoring exams.

The Library Visits Croixdale

The first Tuesday of every month, Library staff deliver a selection of books and other library material to Croixdale for residents to browse and check out.  Library staff can also bring requested titles for residents.  If you would like more information about this program, please call Janelle at the library at 651-275-4416.
